Jim Rodriguez, Operations Director, has an extensive background in education. He worked in Carroll County Public Schools for 31 years prior to coming to BGCW. He served in various capacities in the school system – 10 years as a Physical Education teacher and coach, 5 years as a school-based administrator and 16 years as a central office supervisor in the fields of Athletics, Physical Education and Health. He has a master’s degree in Education with a specialization in working with at-risk students. He is excited to use his experience to assist the great work BGCW is doing with our members and the community.
