Debbie Leazer, Development Director, has a background in fundraising, alumni relations, event planning and donor recognition and stewardship. After 23 years in Institutional Advancement at McDaniel College, Debbie decided to establish a consulting business that assisted MedStar Washington Hospital and The Historical Society of Carroll County. When approached by the Boys & Girls Club of Westminster to assist with their Campaign fundraising efforts to build a new Club and Gymnasium that would serve 600 children in our community, she jumped at the opportunity.
Debbie is excited to share her experience in fundraising, event planning and friend-raising to establish relationships in the Community that will build volunteer and gift support for the Club.
