Grace is dedicated to building safe, engaging spaces where youth feel supported, grow in confidence, and discover their strengths. Through her work with teens and middle school students, she has developed strong relationships and led programs that encourage leadership, personal growth, and meaningful connection. As Program Director, Grace is committed to designing experiences that help Club members build skills, explore new opportunities, and feel a true sense of belonging at the Club. She is passionate about helping young people navigate challenges, celebrate their progress, and grow into confident leaders both in and out of the classroom. A graduate of McDaniel College, Grace earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in History and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in teaching. She is excited to continue growing as an educator while supporting Club youth and families and helping young people learn, lead, and thrive.
