With over 15 years in the field, she plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization’s financial and administrative systems run smoothly, supporting the mission of BGCCC in every capacity. Lauren’s expertise in Human Resources allows her to create a positive and efficient workplace environment, ensuring the staff and youth programs are well-supported.
Outside of her role at BGCCC, Lauren is passionate about the outdoors, enjoying hiking, running, and exploring nature. She also has a deep appreciation for music, which is an integral part of her life. As a proud mother of Addison and Liam, and dog mom to Mac, Lauren loves spending quality time with her family.
