Sean Davis is a strategic leader committed to expanding opportunities for youth in Carroll County. As CEO, he transformed the organization from a single-site Club to a countywide network with five locations, including the North Carroll Clubhouse, leading to the organization's renaming as Boys & Girls Clubs of Carroll County. Under his leadership, more youth have access to life-changing programs, mentorship, and safe spaces. His focus on strategic growth and community partnerships ensures continued impact. Sean is a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s President’s Advisory Council, recognizing BGCCC as a top-performing Club. He also serves on the Local Management Board and Carroll Food Sunday Board, strengthening community resources. In his spare time, he enjoys making memories with his better half, Ashli, and their three kids—Ty, Cru, and Rae.
Debbie connects donors and community partners to the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Carroll County. With expertise in fundraising, donor stewardship, and event planning, she secures individual gifts, corporate sponsorships, and foundation support to sustain and expand BGCCC programs. She leads resource development and stewardship efforts, ensuring donors see the impact of their contributions. Debbie also spearheads key fundraising events, including the annual Polar Dunk Tank, and works to expand Club programming to reach more youth. Outside the Club, she shares her expertise with the Historical Society of Carroll County and enjoys time with her husband, Michael, their children, and grandchildren.
Erin brings expertise in sales, marketing, and community engagement to Boys & Girls Clubs of Carroll County, focusing on partnership development, youth leadership, and communications. She works closely with Youth of the Year candidates, helping them strengthen their advocacy skills, and manages social media and digital storytelling to highlight Club impact. Erin also oversees grant writing and community outreach, expanding opportunities for youth through collaboration and support. Passionate about connecting people to causes that make a difference, Erin plays a key role in building relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to sustain and grow BGCCC’s impact. Outside the Club, she loves to travel and stay connected to her children—Nick in Philadelphia and Lauren in Madrid, Spain.
Jim brings over three decades of experience in education to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carroll County. After serving in Carroll County Public Schools for 31 years—as a physical education teacher, coach, school administrator, and central office supervisor—he now plays a key role in expanding Club programming and operations across the county. He oversees operations at all five Club sites, ensuring high-quality programming and a safe, engaging environment for members. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, Jim coordinates volunteers, student mentors, and work-study staff by partnering with McDaniel College and Carroll Community College. This program provides college students with hands-on learning experiences and paid work opportunities, allowing them to gain valuable skills while supporting Club youth. His leadership helps strengthen community partnerships, expand outreach, and create meaningful opportunities for Club members to learn and grow. Jim has a master’s degree in education with a specialization in working with at-risk students and is passionate about using his experience to support the Club’s mission.
Mollie is dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of Boys & Girls Club members by creating safe spaces where young people feel heard, valued, and supported. She first joined the Club in 2015 as a summer camp counselor and later became a McDaniel mentor, developing a passion for youth advocacy and social work. After earning her bachelor’s in social work from McDaniel College and her master’s in social work from Salisbury University, Mollie gained experience in the mental health field before returning to the Club in 2022. She now works closely with members and their families, providing guidance, resources, and emotional support to help youth navigate challenges and build resilience. Outside of the Club, Mollie loves spending time with family and friends, making memories with her husband, Matt, and their daughter, Mia.
Tommy leads efforts in teen leadership development, digital innovation, and impactful programming for youth. With a background in higher education administration and mentorship development, he is passionate about helping students build confidence, leadership skills, and a strong foundation for future success. He plays a key role in the Kahlert Leadership Academy, guiding teens through leadership training, career exploration, and real-world skill-building opportunities. Additionally, he is dedicated to expanding digital innovation initiatives, ensuring youth have access to cutting-edge technology, creative digital projects, and STEM-based learning experiences. A Carroll County native, Tommy is committed to strengthening relationships with BGC youth, families, and community partners to provide meaningful opportunities for young people to grow, lead, and thrive.
Matthew is dedicated to creating engaging, impactful experiences for youth. With a passion for mentorship and community building, Matthew focuses on developing programs that inspire learning, leadership, and personal growth. His journey with Boys & Girls Clubs began as a volunteer, where he discovered his calling to work with young people. Now, he is excited to connect with youth in Hampstead and Manchester, helping them explore new opportunities and build confidence. Outside of the Club, Matthew enjoys playing basketball, watching movies, reading, discovering new music, and spending time with family.
Kevin is passionate about creating engaging, child-centered learning experiences that inspire curiosity and growth. With a background in Reggio-inspired education, he has developed project-based and emergent curricula to support hands-on, meaningful learning for preschool and early elementary-age students. He has also designed professional development training to help educators create dynamic classroom environments. At Boys & Girls Clubs of Carroll County, Kevin is committed to youth development and expanding opportunities for all members. As a Carroll County native, he is especially dedicated to making a positive impact on the area’s growing and diverse community. He is excited to support Spanish-speaking families and develop programming that reflects the diverse backgrounds and experiences of Club youth.

We accomplish this mission by providing a safe place to learn and grow, develop ongoing relationships with caring adult professionals, participate in life-enhancing programs, build character development experiences, hope, and opportunity. In all of our programs we utilize a time-tested youth development strategy.
