Kahlert Leadership Academy
for Middle and High School Youth
The Kahlert Leadership Academy empowers middle and high school youth to become well-rounded, confident, and influential leaders in both their personal lives and future careers. Our weeklong summer sessions utilize hands-on experiences, guidance from mentors, and opportunities for growth, to help our young people grow into confident, capable, and compassionate leaders who can positively impact their communities.

Youth will build foundational leadership skills through professional skill-building and career exploration opportunities while they participate in a process of self-discovery, helping them identify their strengths, passions, and interests.

Hands-on leadership training through team challenges, interactive activities, and fun, confidence-boosting experiences.
High School Week (Grades 9-12)
July 7 – July 11
Develop leadership strategies, tackle real-world challenges, and connect with inspiring mentors.
KLA 2.0: The Next Level Experience (Advanced Leadership Program)
July 21 – July 25
A deeper, more immersive leadership experience for returning KLA participants and advanced leaders.
Our mission is to grow responsible, productive, and thoughtful youth in our community.
Each session will include the following development opportunities:
✔ Gain skills that will help you in school, sports, and future careers
✔ Participate in team challenges & problem-solving activities
✔ Build confidence through public speaking & leadership exercises
✔ Network with mentors & community leaders for real-world insights
✔ Challenge yourself to grow, lead, and step outside your comfort zone
